Present Were: Doreen Cabot, Nancy Hopkins-Davisson, David Cooper, Kathy Macy and Cindy Page
Also Present: Tom Marx, Superintendent
MINUTES
The meeting was called to order at 5:17 p.m.
The minutes of the January 3, 2007 meeting were accepted unanimously.
The Superintendent recommended switching our insurance carrier from T.D. Banknorth to J. Edward Knight. Discussion ensued. It was moved (David Cooper), seconded (Doreen Cabot) and passed unanimously.
The Superintendent distributed information on the Governor’s proposal to consolidate Districts. Discussion ensued.
In the absence of any other business the meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
